![]() Even if the files are deleted, a full history should be available (e.g. For a multi-year lease where the app is rarely ever opened (because there is nothing to see), optional push notifications would be ~very~ useful for things such as: - New Document Added - Payment Received - Balance due exceeds autopay amount (keeping in mind that some people may have multiple autopays each month, for example drawing from separate bank accounts for roommates) - Maintenance item response received - Separately, it's not clear from the interface if older payments / documents / maintenance requests are hidden / removed. The app has a setting option to enable notifications, but they never appear and 'AppFolio Portal' does not exist in the iOS Preferences 'Notifications' section alongside all the other apps on my phone that offer various push notifications. Please reach out to use at so we can set up some time to chat. Hi Ryan - We'd like to learn more about the issues you're describing. It’s time consuming, frustrating and I dread having to use this app every month. Every month I have to go through this awful process of switching accounts, resetting the passwords, etc. ![]() Just make it like any other app that you can select which account you want from keychain when logging in. ![]() PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER TO SWICTH BETWEEN ACCOUNTS. So then I’d have to go back and reset the passwords. This is frustrating because every time I log in it will suggest the password for the other account and save it with the email I was trying to use, or if I typed in the correct password it would update that and save the password for the wrong email email that is in the keychain. After having to deactivate and reactive with a new email, by which the only way is to contact the property management and have them do it, Then there’s the hassle of Appfolio not storing multiple accounts in Apple key chain. ![]() The first problem is that they were both originally under the same email address so it gave me no way to access my business property manager’s account as it only let me connect my email to a single property manager and would only open my residential account. But Appfolio won’t let you connect multiple accounts. I use the tenant portal for both my apartment and my business through separate property managers. I would expect an email even more time is needed for processing but again, nothing.FRUSTRATING when switching between accounts My tenancy ended on 31 May and today is 4 July, and I am still waiting for news from Folio on my deposit! I heard nothing from them, sent numerous emails and got no reply! I read again on my tenancy agreement and it mentioned the deposit should be returned within 20 days of tenancy end date. There is a tenant who created so many problems to all of the neighbours but Folio has done nothing about it even there has been continuous complaints submitted. I could sense the executives had done their best and I intend to believe this is more of a problem of the company management. I have gone through 4 different account managers/ executives and most of the time I was informed by my neighbour instead of the company itself. I rented a flat in Ealing for around 14 months. I am a bit surprised to see the high ratings here and I start to think if it is only me having such a horrible experience.
